Nominate an organization to receive a meal on us and show your appreciation for all their hard work and dedication in the form below! No organization is too small. We will be making and delivering fresh meals throughout Monroe County on February 12.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Willow Domestic Violence Center.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Approximately 1 hour yoga class taught by Jenna Giardino with gong relaxation
Breakfast sandwiches made by Root Catering
Jenna has been teaching yoga since 2014, creating nurturing, holistic practices that blend movement, meditation, and gong sound healing to invite body, mind, and energy into alignment. Expect a slower, accessible flow where all are welcome—no prior yoga experience needed. Class will close with deep rest as the gong is played, using sound vibrations to support relaxation and integration.
