Trina Quinn, Executive Chef
Newly relocated from Brooklyn NY, & Hailing from Clifton Springs NY! Trina has always had an appreciation for cooking and entertaining. As a self taught cook Trina has over thirteen years of diverse kitchen experience from years of traveling and exploring beginning with her passion amongst the chaos of working the line in various restaurants, to working on food trucks to pop ups and recipe testing for cookbooks. Trina's passion for fresh and bold flavors has lent itself to a vegetable driven focus and an ever changing seasonality to her dishes. Needless to say she has made the kitchen her forever home, which is why the universe must have brought her and her Pastry Chef wife Jessica together! When she's not in the kitchen working she can most likely be found in her own kitchen cooking alongside her wife and two cats, or throwing a Russian feast with her family and friends.
