Jamie has been working for Root Catering since 2015. He has worked at some of Rochester’s most iconic restaurants. Over the past 20 years he has developed a true love of fine cuisine. Working with locally grown and sourced ingredients are an essential part of what he loves about working with Root.
Outside of working for Root, Jamie enjoys furthering his culinary education by reading and keeping up with the latest culinary trends. He likes to use his smoker, so if you happen to walk through his neighborhood, you might catch the aroma of his work.
